A delicious variation is to use skim powdered milk instead of yogurt. The

milk blends into a scrumptious light frothy concoction that I can only

describe as heavenly. I also use a bit less guar (only because it's easier

to clean the blender that way). The result is not exactly a pie consistency

but a texture somewhat resembling (if I can remember that far back) cotton

candy, very airy and light.

BTW I also sneaked into my last batch: a capful of Jamaican Rum; of course

that didn't hurt the final result either.
