Hello Neil,

These are just random numbers. You tailor the user page to your

specifications. It is preset with 2000 calorie daily limit. that is

why 3200 cal = 160% and so on. You can change the daily limit to

whatever level you want and can change the ratios of carbs to fat to

protein based on what you feel is the best way to eat your

macronutrients.

Keep playing around with the software. You'll get it all figured

out before long. It is frustrating at first.
