Guest guest
Did the doctor specify Clarified Butter? That is casein free as it's just the fat part of the butter. I misunderstood our doc when he suggested the same thing. I thought he meant all butter. Glutinous rice just means sticky rice. It's gluten free. Guest guest
One thing is for sure if you re-introduce it he will most likely have a horrible reaction if he is having trouble digesting it or if he is allergic. My daughter went from headbanging and biting us\herself and poop smearing and after 3 days with no milk all those behaviors stopped. Some don't benefit from the diet but my daughter sure did Hope this helps Jen ahoneybunny333 <twinklestars1@...> wrote: Anyone please clarify: Our son's doctor told us to put him on a gluten free/casein free diet, but said its ok to have butter margarine, but to hold off for 5 days first, then reintroduct it to him, then its ok. Confused, isn't butter and margarine under casein? Also, anyone know if glutinous rice has gluten in it? Thanks to all. =======================================================
