Did the doctor specify Clarified Butter? That is casein free as it's

just the fat part of the butter. I misunderstood our doc when he

suggested the same thing. I thought he meant all butter.

Glutinous rice just means sticky rice. It's gluten free.

One thing is for sure if you re-introduce it he will most likely have a

horrible reaction if he is having trouble digesting it or if he is allergic. My

daughter went from headbanging and biting us\herself and poop smearing and

after 3 days with no milk all those behaviors stopped. Some don't benefit from

the diet but my daughter sure did Hope this helps Jen
