Guest guest
Anai: Good for you for being sensible about no more weight loss. Keeping healthy should be a snap if you practise the ON (Optimal Nutrition) part of CRON. Many of us have said goodbye to colds and flu and have remarkable BP's, excellent blood lipids, and other genuine markers of good health. It's a good idea to read Dr. Walford's books: " The Anti-Aging Plan " and " Beyond the 120 Year Diet " . Sounds like you have a head start in your healthy eating/thinking. Also, can you give us a short explanation of what the microbiotic diet is? I must warn you though that CRON is the only diet for which there is credible scientific evidence of health benefits. Once again, welcome to the many new members recently arrived because of the ABC special and because of members and Averill McGlothin's portrayal of their lifestyle on that show. Please go to our files in the left hand column of the home page at: / for more information. It's a good idea to read the books mentioned above. Stay tuned to the group and you'll catch on to what we're about. Also feel free to ask questions. (To our older members: please bear with me if I repeat this message in the next few days as more new members sign up as a result of this very favorable protrayal of CRON and of Av and on TV). To all: Ever since our spammer's appearance of last June, the messages are moderated, i.e. they come to me first and I approve and send on to the list. If ever, you don't see your message making it through to the list, please have patience. It could just mean that I went out for a few hours. on 8/31/2002 12:34 PM, anairhoads at anai56@... wrote: > Thank you for the welcome!
