My Teldon kefir-starter-floater-thingy arrived today from Hoeffler. The directions state that it won't work well with nonfat milk! Sigh. According to the archvies, group members have been using skim milk all along without a problem. Is there a trick to making kefir from nonfat milk, or should I "just DO it?"
