Guest guest
For those seeking the cellulose powder to try Warren's recipes, I found some for $6 per bottle at iherb. It is not commercial grade but may serve the purpose. www.iherb.com. __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Oats are soluble fibre. I know that there is some dispute about whether they contain gluten or not. Nourishing Traditions says that porage is irritating for the bowel unless you soak it beforehand. I always thought the reason why it was soaked overnight was to shorten the cooking time. She says not -- it is to partly ferment it, degrade the phytic acid, free the enzymes etc. Sally peta3366 wrote: Hi I read the post about pysillium husks being soluable fibre and therefor making the leaky gut worse and it has scared me into stopping it. I have ordered cellulose powder from nutricentre but they are out of stock. Does anyone know where I can get some? I have tried a few other places but no luck. I think Charlie needs the fibre - his poos now are not as formed. Thanks Peta No virus found in this incoming message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
