I never got anything out of the " spiritual, meditative " qualities. Any comment on that? How would I get more of that out of doing yoga? There must be something to that aspect 'cause that's why Dean Ornish incorporates yoga into his health regimen. Dave Noel: you cracked me up with your lion's pose post.
