Rima,

The way that you are giving minerals is fine. It is good to give them

frequently to maximize absorption. Really important because

absorption is not working well with most people who need chelation.

The superstition about giving minerals away from chelators comes from

the medical use of EDTA. EDTA does interfere with minerals. Doctors

have mistakenly assumed that what is true for EDTA is true for other

chelators. That assumption is false.
