Guest guest
Good morning everybody (yawning from the West Coast...slept in today)... Becky, thanks for sharing your progress report. I too suffer horribly (HORRIBLY) from those evening carb attacks and the Satietrol has really helped me with that. It's always comforting to me to hear that someone else has problems with afterhours munchies. I've often thought maybe it was a PMS thing, because it would build in intensity that week, and turn into an outright binge the day before my period. Now that I'm starting into menopause, it's been more like PMS for PERMANENT menstrual syndrome. In the past 6 months, carb attacks have been brutal--and yes, the Satietrol has given me a new lease on my CR program. Also, I agree with Francesca that the air-popped popcorn is probably the lesser of many evils. I had trouble finding an air-popper in the stores (it's a Christmas item) so actually ended up buying one from E-bay. While I think the popcorn is maybe the best choice if you're going to succumb to a carb attack, what bothers me is having that carboholic monkey on my back in the first place. I think I've tried every remedy or gimmick known to mankind to be rid of the evening carb cravings, and while the Satietrol is the only thing that has helped me, my mind is wide open. Does anybody have any insight on this issue...PLEASE???? Suz
