Gently stirring the mixture with a spoon for a minute usually helps settle some of the foam.

Some people are concerned about too much soy in the diet--not me. But if you're unsure about it, you can substitute yogurt, kefir or whey protein powder for the toadfood in your smoothies.

I think there are probably some messages about the hypothetical dangers of soy in the archives, as if there wasn't enough to worry about.
