There are now at least three of us on the list who have trouble with it.

Please convey that your friend's brother would probably get lots of

publicity here if only the damn (expletive deleted) thing would work right!

To the contrary, we're discouraging more people from buying it by relating

our troubles with it. Keep us posted.
