However my husband won't touch the stuff (, are you listening?). Is this a pill or what? I'm thinking it might help my husband." By the way, my husband is has to take a medication that increases appetite. (It's often given to anorectics to make them eat!) He's going to try Satietrol when he gets home from Jakarta next week...so I'll let you know how it works for him, too. It's a powder in an envelope. You mix it with 6 oz of water, hold your nose, and drink it 15 minutes before you eat. It contains potato fiber, sunflower oil, whey protein concentrate enriched with glycomacropeptides, corn syrup solids, nonfat milk powder, konjac flour, GUAR GUM, calcium lactate, sodium caseinate, soy lecithin, calicium silicate, alfalfa power, mono and dyglycerides, dipotassium phosphate, sodium silicoaluminate, and sucralose. Calories are 80 per serving. That makes it not-right for a lot of CRONies. I think it depends on how often you succumb to overeating and to what extent due to extreme hunger. It contains 3.5 grams of fat (.5 saturated), 3.3 g of dietary fiber, 1 g sugars, 4 g protein, 190 mg calcium, 30 mg sodium, and 130 mg. potassium. The added calcium and potassium are a plus for me, as well. Suz
