All: be sure to include some " healthy " fat in your diet. The healthy fats

are contained in:

fatty fish such as salmon

olive oil

nuts

avocado

These fats help prevent heart disease, mental illnesses and possibly other

serious illnesses. Because fats and oils are also high in calories, such

foods as olive oil, nuts and avocado should be eaten in moderation; for

example, include 2 or three nuts a day, or a thin slice of avocado on your

salad, and moderate amounts of olive oil in cooking or your salad. However

they should definitely be included in your diet. This is explained in

detail in BT120YD pp 115- 117 and .
