When I cook with it, I feel that I'm losing some of the flavor...that's why I "stir-steam" my kale in a tablespoon of water. Adding a sprinkle of olive oil to the kale AFTER it's cooked gives a bit more of the olive oil taste to the dish. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
