Disqualifiers out of the way first.......... I know that: 1. For a good long range plan, variety is most likely the key. 2. Things like body weight, activity, gender, disease and such play a role in these decisions. 3. There's no such thing as perfect. BUT........, with those things already said....... I'm sure in your head, there is a particular combo of foods and meals where you feel comfortable that consumed all of the protein, complex carbs, vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients that you need for a day. A particular meal plan for one day, that you feel comfortable going back to, where you are pretty sure you've covered all of the bases,.........for the most part. Please list the foods and meals for " your " perfect day. Alternately, please lead me to sites where other folks have figured out what they feel is the perfect day.
