Hi, I just installed Dr. Walford's Interactive Diet Planner and

created a new user with my body stats. I'm 5'10 " , Male, Medium

Frame, and 28 years old. Here is what the output said:

Calories: 3200.0 __cal 160%

Protein: 63.000 __gm 115%RDA

Total Fat: 71.111 __gm 109%

Sat. Fat: 14.222 __gm 71%

Mono. Fat: 46.222 __gm 160%

Poly. Fat: 10.667 __gm 160%

Carbs: 577.00 __gm 192%

Fiber: 30.000 __gm 100%

and so on...

I don't understand this at all. Can someone please explain this to

me? Is this what I should be consuming on a daily basis? Currenly I

would guess that I am currently eating about 1700-2000 calories a

day. I am just finding this fairly confusing since it spits out

these numbers but doesn't explain much more.

Any advice?

Thanks,

Neil
