In a nutshell, CRON is a low calorie/highly nutritious diet. This diet has been proven in the laboratory to enhance life and extend life. We recommend that you read Dr Walford's: " Beyond the 120 Year Diet " . It's in most libraries. Also read our files. That should also answer lots of questions. If after reading, you still have questions, we're always happy to help. The commonality with Dr Weil is the nutritious foods part.
