Guest guest
Has anyone used balancelog( http://www.balancelog.com )? It incorporates RMR, although you have to get regular external RMR measurements for it to be really accurate. I approximate my RMR from my weight loss versus dietary intake and exercise, but that jumps around a lot. I've never used dietpower and would be interested in a comparison by anyone who has used both programs. > -----Original Message----- > From: _Loveland@... > [mailto:_Loveland@...] > Sent: Tuesday, September 10, 2002 8:08 AM > > Subject: Re: [ ] Diet Power tips > > > > > You can perform nutrient searches using the Dietpower > software.
