Have you checked the SL files? One is called: " Desirable Foods to Include

in One's Diet " . Other files also talk about specific foods to eat.

Dear night hawk... I'm not familiar with diet power but if it has more features than dwidp it will have a search function to find foods high in a given nutrient or nutrients...

Remember get full nutrition first , then cut calories...

Anyway, until I purchase Dr. Walford's latest book (local librarysystem doesn't have it), and learn how to use Diet Power (DP) better, can anyone tell me what some of the "good" CRON foods are? WhatI'm looking for obviously are foods that are low-calorie, high-fiber,and that meet many of the nutrient requirements. I always thought I was fairly knowlegeable about nutrition butDP history shows that for the past two days I've been deficient inVitamin E, Vitamin B12, pantothenic acid and potassium. I wasdeficient one day in thiamin, magnesium and copper. This is basedon a 1200 calorie a day diet.I'm not a vegetarian but I prefer not to eat much meat except forfish. TIA for your help. Kathy W
