Serious reservation about Virastop

Can someone please explain in layman's terms what the rashes, muscle

aches and fevers on Virastop mean? I have been thinking it is some

kind of " activation " of dormant viruses.

If this is the case, is it possible to " activate " a dormant polio virus

from a previous oral polio vaccine and induce paralysis or death?

Just a question that popped into my head several days ago that I

haven't been able to shake.
