Well, here are some ideas.. 1)Create an extensive high quality website (what is available is good but it can be even better - always room for improvement). 2)Have people write more books. Books are a great outreach. A low calorie cookbook focusing on good nutrition with a SINGLE chapter at the end on CRON as a lifestyle possibilty would be a good start. By marketing a 'normal' cookbook the masses will buy it and learn about cron almost as an afterthought. 3)Focus on moderate CR - too much emphasis on extreme CR is counterproductive 4)Make a centralized shopping center at low cost. Buy common CR food items in bulk (i.e. guar gum, sucralose, etc.) and offer all of these things on the internet site. 5)Offer quality nutrition books and related books on the website. 6)Make a monthly CR newsletter (email or hard copy) chock full of recipe ideas and other CR related items. 7)Create a nice introductory "packet" sent out via snail mail for free that talks about the CR lifestyle and it"s benefits. Nice glossy photos, etc. 8)Emphasize the HEALTH benefits of CRON. People will respond to that. Those interested will pick up on the longevity aspect themselves. I think more people will practice a mild form of CRON to avoid that second heart attack than to live 20 or more years. Most people know nothing about CRON. I think there are many people who would adopt a moderate CRON lifestyle if they KNEW about it. Dr. Walfords books are wonderful. Unfortunately most people have never heard of them. Just some ideas...
