Quick Summary: The last two lines say it all about CR living:

I used to be at war with food - it was my enemy.

Now I am at peace with food - it is my sustenance.

Beautiful words, from a beautiful person, I am sure.

Truly, the media is misinforming the public about how CR puts

us at peace with the food that was once our enemy.
