Guest guest
Recently we had a thread on what people were eating for breakfast. I find that for breakfast I want something easy and fast - thus whole grain cereal with skim milk became a regular thing. However I was getting hungry too soon afterwards. About an hour to 1 and 1/2 hours later I was starting to nibble on lunch. Many times I downed a Satietrol at about that time to try to delay lunch and quell the mid morning hunger pangs. The last couple of days I've been eating my standard lunch for breakfast and vice versa. Lunch was usually a salad of raw veggies and a protein such as chicken, or salmon or tuna. This seems to be working well so far and has helped abate my hunger problems. I think I'm also eating somewhat fewer calories overall with this reversed version of my daily intake.
