Speaking of losing one's desire for sweets. I've lost mine too. If anyone remembers, sometime last year I wrote c/o my "massive" sweet tooth. If possible I would eat sweets all day long. It was really hurting my CR transformation. Every meal had to have a sweet aspect to it (ex. raisins and sweet dressing on my salad etc) I was a true carb junkie in every sense of the word. It was awful. However, since I've been eating better and mega supplementing vit. C (2-3 grams a day) my sweet tooth has diminished to a "normal" level. It's so liberating, b/c I was truly imprisoned by it. Anyone who's had true sugar problems can understand. Now becoming a more strict CR I'm sure helped but for some reason the mega vit. C supplementation really did the trick. The cravings disappeared a few days after my supp. began. I have no scientific evidence nor did I seek any out, just my 2 cents. To be honest I'm really floored by it............... Becky
