Actually I read recently that raw (how else are you going to eat

it? :)) watermelon was as good a source of lycopene as cooked

tomatoes. Sorry no time to find refs now - this too was in a

science/or health pamphlet (though not of an HMO I don't think :))

Maybe you still need to eat it with fat though - watermelon and nuts?

With watermelon you still have the enzymes intact - and there's no

concern about high volumes of methanol being introduced during

the heating process.
