Guest guest
I think it's important to find that sweet spot that I'm concerned many have trouble finding. IMHO, and FWIW, CRON may attract some obsessive types who have trouble turning it " off " . This could lead to anorexia and a life threatening rather than a healthful condition. Be sure to get at a minimum, 1000 cal a day. If you've read BT120YD, please don't miss the part where Dr W warns about getting enough calories. Titanmeister: Once more let me " weigh in " with my moderation mantra. ..........If I continue to lose weight without experiencing what I consider the negative aspects of CRON (nonexistent libdo, irritability, constant pre-occupation with food, pain upon sitting, etc) then I will slowly continue to lose weight. However, I think I'm close to being where I personally want to be. Suzie Cart: ***Bravo! Isn't there a fine line between CR and starvation, no matter how good the nutrition?
