Hello gretchen,

Really enjoyed your post. Doug Younkin sent some kefir grains via

mail in July. They were " preserved " in dairy powder for shipping.

He packaged them on July 27th and I just today put them in some skim

milk to " wake 'em up " . I like plain yogurt and looking forward to

tasting kefir.

I'll let ya'll know what I think real soon.
