Hello Francesca,

You've been doing this CRON, I would suspect, for over a year now.

How are things going? Have you met your target yet, and if so, how

are you feeling physcially, mentally, emotionally with it?

You've probably posted answers to this before, but I am curious just

the same and wouldn't know where in history to find the answer.

Bob: I've been on CRON for over 27 months (started in early May 2000). I

am happy with my 110 pounds, down from a high of 138 or so. I haven't had a

cold since August of 2000, which was about 3 months into CRON. Previous to

that I was a twice a year cold catcher.

I feel fine physically, mentally and emotionally, but I wish I could say

that I'm one of those CRONIES with a much enhanced sense of well-being. I

truly don't feel that much different than before, except that as I said

above, I don't get sick anymore, which of course is something to marvel at

in itself. I know I'm in the CRON mode from bloodwork, BP numbers, etc. I

also have much thicker lustrous hair now (and what woman doesn't like

that?). Although I don't FEEL much different physically, CRON is fairly

easy for me to do (I do it in moderation, between 1500 - 1700 cal a day) and

I can't see myself going back . Thanks for taking an interest and asking.
