Janet: Welcome to de-lurkdom!! Here's good news for you!! You don't

have to do CR. You can just eat a more healthy diet and reap benefits.

That's the ON part of CRON. Have you read BT120YD? Dr W explains this.

We say this in our file: " CR Made Easy " . You will no doubt also lose

weight if you cut out the wrong foods. So eat all you want of healthy

foods; don't go hungry; lost weight anyway!! That's the bonus!!
