I agree. This is the best group. I don't feel like I am going through this

disease alone. don't get me wrong, I get a lot of support from my husband,

my family and my friends but they can't posibly know really how I feel. It's

good to talk to people just like me. And I learn a lot too. Thanks to all of

you.

Marie

I agree whole heartedly with Connie and Marie. If it wern't for

this site and all the great supportive people here, I probably

would have gone off of LDN with the first problem.

But, here, I found that a lot of you were having the same

experiences, and were sticking in there and dealing. And that gave

me the courage to do the same, and am I glad. The leg stiffness is

easing little by little, and I am feeling a lot better.

I went from 4.5mg to 3mg a month ago and I am sticking with it.

Like Connie I argued with myself whether to go up or down and back

up again, but I think going down to 3mg was the right decision for

me, and I am giving it a chance to do the job. Some of us do well

on the 4.5mg(a friend is on that and she doesnt even think she has

MS anymore..lol)

I hope this helps all of you who are on that doseage " roller coaster

ride " (as Connie puts it)

Thank you all for being here..~~Sally
