I take 3mg per day (ethe last 2 weeks) sleep great, improved energy

during the day (subtle yet tangible), walking/balance seems to be stable.

I'm continuing at 3mg for 3 months and then do an assessment to see if

raising it to 4.5mg makes sense. The moderator of this group said 4.5mg

was the " ideal dose " , but to me since this is supposed to act as a trigger

for endorphin production I'm not sure why 1.5mg would make a huge

difference. But what do I know? I'm not a trained physician. There are

many people on the 3mg program that it is helping so I'm sticking with

that dose level for now. I realize if it gets too low, there is no effect

(under 1.5mg) as your body cannot detect the blockage.

BTW, I have had NO side effects except for some insomnia the first night.

I am on 3 mg LDN. I was on 4.5 and it made me shaky and jittery. I feel much better on the 3 mg. I also went to another apothecary for my supply. He promised it is not the slow release.

I have fibromyalgia and it is the best thing for total body pain that I have tried in 20 years. My morning pain and stiffness is gone. Once in a while I take Baclofen or a mild muscle relaxant without any opioids because of other back problems. I am happy with my improvement. I know it works because I was out for three nights and my pain came back as it origionally had been before the LDN. I recommend this for fibromyalgia people who cannot get rid of the fatigue and chronic total body pain. It helps with depression as well. I have been on the drug for about 38 days. I wish this drug was approved by FDA but that will take time. I also went off the Ultram before starting this drug. I don't take an anti-depressant drug or an anti-epileptic drug for the fibromyalgia. I have stopped needing these three drugs since using the LDN.
