Guest guest
So far the only improvement is better sleeping . At times urination is normal. Legs are still stiff with spasms upon waking . Has anyone else had slow progress like mine ? Or am I one that sees only minimal success ? At times right leg seems a little stronger . Maybe it may take several months . Hope to hear some comments , Ted
Guest guest
HI TED. YES I HAD A SLOW TIME OF IT I THINK....HAD LEG STIFFNESS AND SPASMS FOR AWHILE, BUT NOW MOST OFF THE STIFFNESS IS GONE, AND WALKING BETTER EVERY DAY. MY BACK AND HIP MUSCLES WERE WEAK FROM INACTIVITY, BUT THE MORE I WALK, THE STRONGER I GET. I WAS READY TO QUIT LDN BUT WAS CONVINCED TO HANG IN THERE AND AM I GLAD I DID. I DID REDUCE MY DOSEAGE FROM 4.5 TO 3MG AND THATS IS GOOD FOR ME RIGHT NOW. REMEMBER THAT WE ARE ALL DIFF AND RESPOND TO THE LDN DIFFERENTLY. I HAVE BEEN ON LDN NOW FOR 3 MONTHS, AND JUST IN THE PAST WEEK, I HAVE IMPROVED GREATLY.....SO HANG IN THERE TED....AND GOOD LUCK TO YOU. HUGS, SALLY --- In low dose naltrexone , " niksihs " <niksihs@y...> wrote: > So far the only improvement is better sleeping . At times urination > is normal. Guest guest
I think that it can be a slow process for some people. I have been on it for 1 month. Sleep very well., no hand numbness and my balance is slightly better. The thing that I feel is, I am feeling more normal than ever before. Can't even explain it. I just feel good. I am sure that after time, I will see some big changes. But one thing that I know is that I am getting better and not worst. I also think that being on the Roy Swank diet is helping too.
