Hi Sally,

I know that a lot of people think that it is the wrong way to do it but I

just open the capsule. Right now I use what is in the longest part of the

capsule and throw the part that is in the shortest part of the cpsule. I

feel that is about 3.75 but not really sure. But by doing this every night,

I get the same amount for sure. I don't think that I can order 3.75mg and if

I can is it the same amount that I have been using. So I guess that I will

just do it this way.
