Hi there Larry,

Try to contact Massimo. I know he has some info that his doctor provided him

in regards to some sort of interval therapy with regards to LDN. Something

about the body becoming accustomed to the LDN, therefore the thought that

stopping it for intervals would help in some way. I did not get a chance to

read the full page that he sent but I think that may be what you are

referring to. I think it also stated that Dr. Bihari did not prescribe to

this theory??? Massimo, could you weigh in on this one???? Joyce.

That's right Joyce,

I had this advise of taking the intermittent therapy from a doctor in UK.

The documentation is the same that has been just posted by Sue earlier today. In the end we had the LDN also prescribed in Italy free tanks to an intelligent and comprehensive doctor in Milan. However, for your info, the cost in Italy of a 10 pieces of 10 mg of Naltrexone which is branded as “Antaxone” and produced by Zambon, is only about 6 euro…. http://www.farmaciaonline.it/farmacosostanza.asp?sostanza=naltrexone%20(cloridrato)

We also have found a pharmacy in Milan that can make from a 10 mg pill exactly three pieces of 3.3 mg. My girlfriend noticed a very good effect with this dosage soon the day after the first night although she had suffered some insomnia. Today she sleeps greatly, but after 10 days, the situation seems to be quite stable and we where expecting a bit more by now…. We will probably carry out like this for another week or so and than we will try an higher dosage…

Could someone that had met or spoken to Dr. Bihari recently, confirm me what dose he is currently prescribing himself? Does he make distinction with the severity of the MS symptoms or size and sex of the patient?

Thank you,
