Guest guest Posted April 22, 2003 Report Share Posted April 22, 2003 I've had ms for 20 years. About 4 years ago I started to exercise. I stretch for 30 minutes everyday. I go to the pool 3 days a week. And I have a bike like thing that sits on a table that I ride with my hands and I use that four to five time a week. It really does help me. I can't walk anymore the pool is the best thing I can do for myself. I go to the Y and they have a lift and it puts me right in. It is great. I feel so much better after. I did just start ldn this month. I haven't noticed anything yet, but I did come down with a cold the same time I started the ldn. My husband had the cold and he was hit real hard with it too.
