Guest guest
Hi: Forgive me for being absent from the group for so long. It's just to that I've been paying close attention to how I feel with LDN. I read with great interest .. all e-mail from the LDN group. I have lowered my dosage from 5 mg...which I took for a month. Now taking a 3 mg capsule. I'm testing the theory....which was proposed here...to take LDN for a week or two...and then stop a day or two. My energy level and balance remains improved. I'm practicing walking with a walker. Ya'll may not know...I've been using a wheelchair for three years. So, daily standing and weight-bearing are important. So, every little baby step I take it with the walker is very encouraging. I guess I'll say is so long for now, I hope I'll be back sooner...with some more good news. Bye, in CT.
Guest guest
Hi ! I new the group, & new to LDN. I also am quite interested in all the info about LDN. My sleeping is much improved, enegry is pretty good. Walking & balance are still a challenge. I walk like stein! My gait is really goofy.Oh well! At least I am in pretty good healt in spite of MS. I would like to direct everyone to some excercises I found out from my friend Jean. Go to www.edmsllc.com look under Patient resource, and then excercise. I am using these excercises. Like you say, little baby steps are very important! I can't even feel my toes, or foot. But I do keep on visualizing and practicing. Perfect practice makes perfect! The best is yet to come. Maybe you all will find these excercises helpful My friend has helped many people with her excercises. Make someone happy, share a smile.
