Hi there Larry,

I think someone told me that Dr. Bihari does not go by body weight in determining the doseage. My BMI was 22 I think and I am on 4.5. Like I was telling ann...I think it is whatever works for you.

You might try calling your doc and telling him you want to up the dose, that is if you feel you need to. Joyce.
