I don't know about anyone else, but I've actually been able to go to

sleep a lot easier when I take naltrexone. I sleep sounder and wake

up more rested. More importantly, I WAKE UP! I don't have to pound

the snooze 50 times. Am I completely alone with this?

Hi Adam,

I too am sleeping much sounder. Before I started 3mg LDN 4 weeks ago I was

having problems getting to sleep and it wasn't unusual to still be awake at

4am before eventually dropping off for a couple of hours. Now I have no

problems getting back to sleep even if I have to get up several times during

the night . I am waking up feeling more energised and although it doesn't

last all day it's better than what I had. I am finding a gradual

improvement in my general wellbeing but the main benefit is that I no longer

get a burning sensation in my right leg which was stopping me from sleeping.

At the same time I started taking LDN I also joined a gym and have been

going twice a week which is probably why at the moment I am not noticing a

significant change in my energy levels as I am finding the exercise quite

tiring. I am hoping in time that will change. I am also about to increase

the dosage of LDN to 4.5mg and I will report back to the group in a months

time to let you know how I get on with it.

This is the first time in 12 years that I have noticed any improvement at

all and it seems to be helping so many other people too - it is criminal

that this harmless drug cannot be made more easily available to anyone who

wants to try it - life is difficult enough without the added hassle of

bureaucracy.
