Guest guest
I was taking 2 coral calcium and 1 calc/mag/D spread out. Also fish oil, 500 mg or 1 g C and I only take ecotrin when I really really need something, usually 24-36 hours before a major storm, but it's happening less and less nowadays. I have B12, but don't take them that often. Anyone know what vitamin B is for mosquitos? Is it B1, B6 or B12? I read it somewhere, but can't remember which one it is. ----- Original Message ----- From: Burnham LDN group Sent: Sunday, June 29, 2003 15:39 Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] Vit D I take calcium, magnasium and zinc along with vitimum B12 (B complex with a hight B12 component) to help the bocy heal my nervers. The LDN stops the MS progression. I also take cod liver oil, MSN vitimum C and asprin. My nuro agreed that I should have an MRI in November. There should be some hard evidence as to how the MS is progressing. Before going on LDN I had noticed increased progression (Copaxone is usless) without having any relapses. Things are now getting better not worse! I have noticed a decreas in the inical muscle stiffness, at least some of which preceded the LDN (it is also a side affect of Copaxone, along with weakness).
