Hi All,

I would first like to say how nice it is to find this site. I have

been looking into Low Dose Naltrexone for a few weeks now and am very

impressed with the information I have found so far.

It seems that I have had MS for about 25 years now, although I was

just diagnosed last November.

I tried Copaxone. The reaction I had to a single injection told me

that is not how I want to deal with this thing. They then put me on

Betaseron. That stuff should be illegal as far as I am concerned.

The problem is that I have asked three doctors if they would

prescribe Low Dose Naltrexone with no success. Two of them were

unaware of the drug which eliminated it immediately. The other one

is an " MS Specialist " and is only interested in the ABC drugs.

I know there are web sites I could get 50mg Naltrexone with no

prescription that I could modify, but I'm not sure that will work.

Does anyone know of a doctor in southern California that would

consider Low Dose Naltrexone?

Any information or thoughts on this are very much appreaciated.

Peace

Hi ,

Just a reminder that you don't need the LDN prescribed by a neuro. In fact

you will probably not find a neuro that would. Your best bet would be to

find a GP. They seem to be much more willing to prescribe. Neuros don't

wanna " step out of the box " so to speak. Good luck. Joyce.
