I was wondering how many people who finally start LDN continue to take it. Is there anyone in the group that has quit taking LDN? May be a hard question to answer here since if they quit LDN, wouldn't they also quit these groups? And if they didn't quit the groups, but quit LDN, I would venture to say they would be telling EVERYONE here that they quit LDN.

The reason I ask is because I've heard from a few different people that they are under the impression that only 30% of those who start LDN, continue to take it. I was under the impression that everyone who started it is still taking it. I want to hear from people who are having problems with LDN, but so far, except for some stiffness or maybe insomnia, I don't see anyone complaining or quitting.

I don't know about anyone quitting, but I do know a non-group person who has been taking it for 16 years...healthy, no complaints. It was through her that I came to Dr. BihariLarryGC <larrygc@...> wrote:
