Guest guest
Hi Everyone. I just thought that I would let you know that I am either going down the tubes or am going to improve greatly. Last week I went to see my MS doctor in Boston. She has never heard of LDN nor will she prescribe it. That was the same respond that I got from my neurologist 2 weeks prior to this appointment. My MS doc says that we should never take any medication that has not been FDA approved. Even though it was FDA approved in the higher dose, it was never approved for MS. I came out of that doctors office very frustrated. Two days later I was having some shooting pain in my head and right ear. A problem that I have been having since I started Copaxone in January. So I made some serious decisions. 1. I stopped Copaxone and have lost those shooting pains. I can tell that they are trying but never make it. I think that after I am off the copaxone for a while those feeling will be gone. 2. I made an appointment with Dr. Bihari in his office on May 30th. I will then try LDN 3. I also made an appointment with a nutritionalist/naturepathic doctor. I want him to check my blood and find out if I have any food hypersensitivities or food allergies. I also want him to give me test to see if I have anything toxic going on in me. I have a lot of drug allergies so maybe I am on the right tract. 4. I started to read the MS diet book by Dr. Roy Swank and am going to follow his diet suggestions for a low-fat diet. I hope that I am going in the right direction. Wish me luck and please pray for me, I need it.Marie
