Histamine sample ---

Hi: I received to my free histamine sample a few days ago...from the Goodshape site.

I am and not exactly sure yet what to do with it. Certainly, the directions explains pretty well, but I don't have and can't find the 3ml dropper bottles...and other accoutrements.

By the way, can someone tell me...what is the hoped-for results of the histamine??

I mean, what can I expect?? I have been taking LDN since mid-March;/. I feel pretty good. I've been using a wheelchair for 'bout three years. I am now able to stand better...have more strength.

Have been very interested in discussions about when to take LDN. I have always done it about 9;15...right before bed. But that was a good idea today...about setting the alarm clock....to wake me at perhaps 11 PM to do the "LDN thing".

RECIPE ARE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE WHEN YOU BUY A NEW SUPPLY. GIVE IT A TRY
