Guest guest
Hi. I could not get a prescription from my neurologist either and ended up calling Dr. Bihari in NY for a phone consultation and he sent me the medication from a pharmacy in NY. ( I live in Idaho.) During my consultation he told me that Family Practice MDs are more likely to be " open " to giving MSers a prescription than neuros (until they see how the LDN improves your MS). So you might try contacting your general MD. Since I started on LDN ( 2 months ago) I have located a neuro in my town that will refill the prescription from Dr. Bihari, so chances are you will be able to find a willing neuro in time, too. But, I'd say, the sooner you get started on LDN the better. Hope this helps. Sue
