Well I for one can't say enough about the proper sleep habits. I really have

never been able to deprive myself of sleep. One night of sleep deprivation

and I'm like this big baby. I think you are on the right track there to try

and get yourself on a schedule. Joyce.

Hi All,

Well day 80 and doing pretty well. The only problems I've had are

self-induced. I have a terrible sleeping habit...I sometimes stay

up all night on the computer...and then sleep til noon...up til

4pm....nap til 6pm....then up all night again.

I usually take my ldn at 11pm and my paxil at 2am......so tonight

I am starting a new habit....LDN at 9pm and paxil at 12pm and to

bed. We will see how that works???

I don't feel that my ldn has been working as well as it should,

due to lack of proper sleep and exercise.

Have any of you had this problem? A little feed back please.

Thanks

Sally

Sally, Sorry I can't relate this to LDN since I haven't used it yet. Still

learning about all your reactions!!!!!

I have had the on and off problem of staying on the Internet all night and

sleeping during the day. If I have to go somewhere during the day I am sleep

deprived. I am disabled with MS and also retired so can do this. It is hard for

me to get back onto a day schedule!!!

I have always been a night person who got up early all my life for school and

work. I have medications that make me sleepy BUT don't take them when I

should for sleeping all night! I have tried reversing my sleeping patterns

gradually. All I have managed to do is go to sleep about 1:30 AM and sleep until

I get

up or have to set the alarm for an early appointment.

Therefore I have concluded that this schedule serves some Psychological need

I have to be up late!!!! I know biological clocks can be set in childhood and

reversed. But I don't know if this reversal last for years after the switch.

Am confused about this! Yes, I think it is self imposed!!!!!

Vikee

Sally go to bed. Get into a better schedule for yourself, how about going to bed at 11 PM? You will feel much better. Do you exercise? Get off the computer at night, how about reversing your schedule so you do that stuff during the day? Anyway there is my two cents - good luck and take care. ann
