Guest guest
THE PRESCRIPTION CENTER'S CHEMIST SAYS, HE USES CORN STARCH AS A FILLER, BECAUSE OF LACTOSE INTOLLERENCE AND CALCIUM CARBONATE CAUSES GAS....BUT HE WILL USE CC, IF REQUESTED. HE SAID THAT THEY ARE BOTH FAST ACTING. THE ONLY THING THAT WOULD PREVENT USING CORN STARCH, IS IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO CORN. MY CHEMIST ALSO SAID THAT HE HAS FOUND THAT A MAJORITY OF PEOPLE DO VERY WELL STAYING WITH 3MG CAPSULES.....MORE IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER. HE ALSO TALKED TO DR BAHARI ABOUT THE LEG STIFFNESS SE, AND, DR. BAHARI SAID THAT THERE ARE MANY INITIAL SIDE EFFECTS THAT EVENTUALLY GO AWAY, ON THEIR OWN. IF THEY ARE TOO TROUBLESOME THEN THE DOSEAGE COULD BE TOO HIGH FOR YOU. lIKE PERSISTANT INSOMNIA FOR INSTANCE. AND OF COURSE, THERE IS ALWAYS THE RARE POSSIBILITY OF ALLERGIES. I HOPE THIS INFO HELPS YOU....HUGS, SALLY
Guest guest
OK, I'm just wondering out loud if 3 mg is tolerated so well (which I was on for 2+ months w/ no problems either), why is 4.5 mg the " ideal dose " ? (according to Bihari). There must be a reason he recommends 4.5mg and backs down to 3mg if problems occur. Anybody know? And a fwp question: if dosage is no big deal, why does he make such an issue about 4.5mg being the ideal? I realize we are all different and react differently to different dosages, but there has to be some logic/experience behind these recommendations... thoughts?
