Guest guest
I'm such a strong proponent of LDN that I want everyone to give it a reasonable chance. My daughter's been on it for over three years and I keep in touch with many others. The results for them have varied. The minimum being a halt in the progression of their disease, the best, relief of symptoms and reversal of disability. My daughter was already getting relief of the symptoms of heat sensitivity and fatigue from Procarin when she started LDN. LDN stopped the frequent (every other month) exacerbations. She has not had one since except the start of one which was taken care of by going from 3mg to 4.5 mg. She still had a certain amount of residual disability which leveled out the first year or so. When we really started seeing improvement in balance, stamina, walking, etc. was when she started working weekly with a personal trainer. I'm just passing this on to people who might get discouraged when reading about those sufferers who had very immediate and impressive results but do not see that level of improvement in themselves. I would hate to see them give up too soon.
