H i & Elaine:

I too have considerable more cramping & spasticity, & walking still pretty goofy on 3 mg. My rt.ft. has less ROM also. I have been on 3 mg almost 5 wks. this coming Wed.I am going to give it the rest of the mo. before I talk to Doc. He said hold fast on 3 mg. for a while. Sometimes it takes a while to kick in. The great think is I sleep much better, & have good energy during day. Still walk w/cane tho! Thanks for your post. Share a smile, make someone happy! :)

mest regards Cyd

Hi ,

I switched from 3mg to 2mg last week, it seems to work much better for me because I was experiencing a lot of spasticity on 3mg. I will continue on the 2mg for a couple of weeks and then try to move back up to 3mg...we are all different and need to do what is best for us individually.

Dear Friends,I was wondering if 3mg was too much for some folks, as I have noticed more leg cramping and difficulty walking since starting LDN. I have been on it about 1 1/2 months now. Would this mean it needs to be reduced? I'm most surprised, since most folks seem to be on 4.5mg. Thanks for any response!
