Guest guest
Hi - could some one give me some input - I have been on 4.5 mg. of LDN for 12 days - I see no difference at all - I am waking each night around 2:30 am and having a lot of trouble getting back to sleep. I am just wondering if this is too strong a dose for me, or if it takes longer than 12 days for something to begin to get better. My main problem is balance and walking my left leg barely works. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thank you ann
Guest guest
Well, I've been on ldn for two days now and I'm not sure what to think. My legs are weak and I'm incredibly fatigued in the afternoon. I don't know whether this is the ldn or just my MS. I'm wondering if I should lower my dosage a little. I'm taking 4.5 mg right now. Any advice? Thanks! Guest guest
HI STELLA, TWO DAYS IS PROBABLY A LITTLE EARLY TO TELL....BUT I WOULD SUGGEST THAT EVERYONE STARTS WITH 3MG AND GO UP IF NEEDED. IS SEEMS MEN DO BETTER ON 4.5 AND GIRLS ON 3....SO YES IF THE FATIGUE AND WEAKNESS CONTINUE, DEFFINATELY GO DOWN TO 3MG....I DID AND I AM GREAT ON 3.....AND GETTING STRONGER EVERY DAY NOW....4.5 WAS JUST TOO MUCH FOR ME. I THINK DR BAHARI SAY...IF YOU HAVE SIDE EFFECTS THEN YOUR DOSEAGE IS TOO HIGH. I WISH YOU WELL, STELLA, AND LET US KNOW HOW YOU DO. Guest guest
Go lower Stella. It happened to me too. Dump out 1/3 of the capsule as Dr. Bihari would tell you. See if you feel better. and I guarantee that you will.
