best time to take your LDN

I usually take my LDN between 9 and 10 pm. I understood that between 9 and

11 is the best time. Last night I took my dose at 11:30 pm. I awoke this

morning feeling almost high! No intoxication but the high feeling of

elation was present. As today goes on I am still feeling good and have a

strong feeling of well being! I suspect my timing change increased my

endorphin levels over what had been present.
